Spicy Stir-Fry Squid Rings

Ingredients

Ocean Delight Squid Rings*

1 tbsp white wine*

1/2 tsp sesame oil*

5 cups + tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp white pepper.

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp salt*

1/2 tsp black pepper*

2 hot peppers, chopped*

5 cloves garlic, sliced*

1 onion chopped in slices

2 teaspoons ginger, minced

1 bunch of Chives finely chopped*

1 bunch of freshly chopped Parsley*

Instructions

Marinate the squid in the wine and sesame oil.

Heat the oil in pot until the temperature reaches 325 degrees.

Combine the all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and white pepper.

Gently squeeze off any liquid and dredge the squid in the dry mixture.

Fry until golden brown and season with black pepper.

Add a tbsp of vegetable oil to wok on medium-high heat.

Add the ginger and let it fry in the oil.

Add the garlic, Chopped peppers, Chives, and onions.

Add the squid to the wok and stir fry quickly garnish with pepper & parsley.
