Ingredients
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Steak
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a
bowl.
Mix to combine.
Add steaks to the marinade.
Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Cook steak as desired.
*Marinade makes enough for 2lbs of Steak.
